Warranty Return Procedure
(a) Customer must fill in the form below with an itemized list of part numbers to be returned and a written description of the failure, including photographs and the circumstances surrounding the failure. Customer must also provide proof of purchase (invoice) document with this request.
(b) All warranty returns must be authorized for return by Westcan prior to shipment by issuance of a Returned Merchandise Authorization Number.
(c) Westcan will only cover freight if approved to be a warranty issue. Any collect shipments will be refused and may result in additional freight charges from your carrier and Westcan is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
(d) Westcan has the right to choose to replace or credit back the original invoiced amount. If Westcan chooses to replace the item this means that we will either replace the complete item or replace a sub-assembly at our discretion.
