Products are shipped many different ways depending on the order and whether your shipment qualifies for our freight program. Shipments can be sent through courier companies or freight companies on pallets depending on product size, weight and quantity. Please note, if delivery requires the use of their tail gate at the destination, this may result in additional fees from the courier or freight company on delivery. Lift Gate charges are not covered by Westcan freight programs.
Do I have to assemble my product?
Westcan flat packs products where possible to ensure ease of shipping. Not all products are flat packed, such as cabinets and drawer units. However, most products will have some assembly requirements as well as installation. All Westcan products come with assembly and installation guides, as well as a growing YouTube channel and other supplementary material to make the experience as easy and enjoyable as possible. All installation hardware is included.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Westcan Manufacturing strives to have fast order turnaround. Many orders are vehicle specific and require build to order to fulfill. During the checkout process, you will see notifications on our current target ship date. This date is updated daily to ensure as accurate expectations as possible. This target ship date is the date we aim to have your products on a truck to you, and therefore does not include the time it takes to ship to you. We will be in contact with you for estimated delivery date. On some orders, and depending on the courier, you will be able to track your shipment directly on our website.
Why don't I see any prices?
To view pricing and purchase Westcan products, you must create an account with us by clicking the “Sign In” button above. Please note that in certain locations, only authorized Westcan dealers or approved pricing accounts can view pricing or purchase Westcan product. If you have created an account with us and still cannot view pricing, please contact a local Westcan Dealer to order by clicking the “Dealers” link in the main menu.
